Contents: Tasks of the internal auditor and audit handling. What procedures must be followed and what possibilities are there to get more out of internal audits? This concerns the ISO 9001 requirements as well as more specific points from the GFSI Food-Safety Standards.
Duration: 1 day
Contents: Learn how to deal with the risks of food production, identify hazards and take appropriate action. In the course, the basics for building the hazard analysis of a Codex Alimentarius compliant HACCP system are presented and explained using examples. After the course, participants should be able to carry out independent hazard analyses and manage identified risks.
Duration: 2 days
Contents: "Risk management" is appearing in more and more norms and standards as a requirement for companies. There is also ISO 31000, which shows how such a system can be managed. There are very different tools, which are often used depending on the industry. The course introduces different systems for risk assessment, risk management and risk communication and shows basic requirements, as well as their strengths and weaknesses.
Duration: 1 day
Contents: In addition to the IFS HPC, companies sometimes also require the BRCGS Consumer Products Standard. The course gives a brief overview of the standard and compares specific requirements with the IFS HPC standard. This helps with implementation, especially when both standards need to be implemented at the same time.
